The logical view assumes that God came from somewhere and had a beginning. However, for there to be a beginning for God would represent that there was a time when (nothing) existed at all. This would also represent that God could not come from nothing; simply because
no one can come from nothing.

With this in mind, if there ever was a time when (nothing) existed
at all, then even to this day (nothing) would have ever existed.
If there ever was a time when nothing at all existed, then there would be absolutely nothing today. It is a self-evident and even a scientific fact that if nothing exists, then (nothing) will be the result forever and forever.
Simply because when you have nothing, it will always remain nothing.
Therefore, Someone (God) had to exist forever.

God had no starting point and He will never have an ending point.
God is completely eternal.
